Leading design for a better sleep experience with Undout.
Addressing sleep challenges caused by excessive technology use by creating an integrated sleep helper with hardware and a mobile app, designed to support natural rhythms, reduce phone use in bedrooms, and wake users with gentle light indicators.
The project successfully raised 550k CZK through crowdfunding, got delivered to 220+ customers, and gained national recognition with a live TV feature viewed by over 2 million people.
My deliverables
Led the digital product design across the whole company.
Designed the core functionality of the mobile app (iOS + Android).
Closely collaborated with the engineering and founding team, leading the digital product design side.
Created a design system for the mobile app, connected to the engineering side
Managed other designers & the workflow in the design team.
Designed the landing page, product page and blog
Led all the design initiatives on the brand side (social media, manual design, posters).
